Employment
Project Manager/Estimator - Reports directly to Construction Area Manager or Chief Estimator depending on work being performed. Estimating duties include organizing bid documents, prepare cost estimate, conduct bid review with Chief Estimator, and working with Chief Estimator in submission of bid. As the Project Manager you are responsible for the overall success of the project. Your duties will include job setup and preparation prior to field work, preparation of construction schedules, coordinating and chairing all project meetings, working with Project Superintendent in the implementation of construction operations, and managing all job costs and revenue.
Project Engineer - Will be mentored by an assigned Area Manager who will provide you with guidance which will help further your career at FCCI. You’ll report directly to you assigned Project Manager and will assist them in preparation of construction schedules, attend all project meetings, will assist in the tracking of job costs and revenue, will work with subcontractors and suppliers to help assure the success of the project and working with the Project Superintendent you’ll learn the fine points of field operations.

Compensation

Bonuses and Salary Increases All salary employees are reviewed annually. Bonuses are based on each individuals performance as well as the success of the company.
Money Purchase Plan
FCCI funds ten percent (10%) of annual salary into a defined contribution retirement account, after completion of one year of service.
Retirement Plans
Profit Sharing Plan: FCCI offers a profit-sharing plan after you have completed one year of service, at no cost to you. The contribution to this plan is determined by company performance that year, up to 5% of annual salary.
Vacation
Two weeks of vacation are earned for each calendar year of service; three weeks are earned after 7 years of service.
Health Plan
FCCI offers coverage to all salaried employees and their dependents on the first of the month following 30 days of full time employment. Medical coverage includes physician visits, emergency and hospitalization, an extensive preferred provider network and prescription drugs. Dental includes exams, cleanings and restorative work with co-payments.
Life Insurance
A small life insurance policy is placed for employees and their dependents. Salaried employees are responsible for a 20% co-insurance premium for dependents.
Disability Insurance
FCCI pays for a long-term disability policy which enables employees to collect 60% of their base wage from all sources after a 90-day disability period, if unable to return to work.
